Payment Methods
We keep payments simple and secure. We accept two primary methods:
Cash in Hand
For local clients in Colombo and surrounding areas, we accept cash payments upon invoice. A receipt will be provided immediately.
Online Bank Transfer
Direct deposit to our bank account. Banking details will be included on your invoice. Transfers clear within 1‑2 business days.
Please note: We do not accept credit cards or PayPal at this time. All invoices are payable within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due upon project completion and before final delivery.

Our Project Process

Discovery & Consultation

Proposal & Agreement
Based on our discussion, we'll send a detailed proposal outlining the scope, timeline, deliverables, and investment. Once approved and the deposit is received, we schedule your project.
Design & Development
We get to work! For websites, you'll receive design mockups for feedback. For other projects, we'll provide regular progress updates. You're involved at key milestones.
Review & Revisions
You'll review the work and we'll make adjustments based on your feedback. Our packages include a set number of revision rounds to ensure you're thrilled with the result.
Launch & Handover
Once you give final approval and the remaining balance is cleared, we launch your website or deliver the final files. We'll provide any necessary training or documentation.
Ongoing Support
Our relationship doesn't end at launch. We offer maintenance packages and are always available for future updates or new projects.
